The company has undertaken obligations in terms of social guarantees and carries out comprehensive work on labor protection and safety, training employees, namely:

• Maintains shelters for employees during air raids in proper condition;
• Conducts periodic training of personnel on labor protection and fire safety, as well as briefings on labor protection (introductory, primary, repeated, unscheduled, targeted);
• Employees are provided with personal protective equipment (special clothing, special footwear, cleaning and disinfecting agents), drinking water, hot drinks, necessary hygiene products;
• Pays for voluntary medical insurance of employees at the expense of the Company, conducts periodic medical examinations of employees in medical institutions;
• Provides training and development of employees through professional training.
